"Out of Stock More Than I’d Like"
I order from Concord Pet Foods here and there for my dog’s food and treats, and I’ll say the actual ordering part is usually simple when they actually have what I’m looking for.
The frustrating part is that the stuff I buy regularly seems to be out of stock way too often, or it won’t be available at my local store. That gets old fast, especially when I’m trying to stick with the same food and not run around checking a bunch of other sites.
It’s not the worst site or anything, but I definitely don’t count on it as much as I’d like to. It feels hit or miss, and the misses are what I remember more.

"Decent, but not really worth the wait"
They did get back to my email, but it took a couple of days, which felt a bit slow for a simple order issue. The person who replied was friendly enough, so I appreciated that, but they didn’t really solve much. Overall, it was okay service, just not as helpful as I would’ve expected

"Staff was fine, just kind of hit or miss"
The staff was, you know, okay overall. They helped me find the food I was looking for and seemed to know the basic stuff, which was nice. But when I asked a couple questions about the ingredients, the answers were kind of vague, like they weren’t totally sure. It wasn’t a bad experience or anything, I just, I guess, expected them to know a little more.

I ordered my dog food from concordpetfoods.com it was straightforward. The site was easy to get around, checkout went fine, didn’t run into any weird issues, and I got updates after I placed the order. It showed up faster than I thought it would, and the box was in good shape too. No complaints from me, I’d definitely order again

"Surprisingly Smooth Delivery"
I wasn’t expecting much, but the delivery showed up on time, the tracking actually worked, and everything was packed well. If this is what you ordered, you should be fine. No issues on my end...

"Not a ton of options for my pets"
I went on Concord Pet Foods sometime last week, or maybe the week before, looking for food and a few other things for my cat and dog. The site was easy enough to browse, but the selection felt limited. A couple of the brands I usually grab weren’t there, and some items I clicked on seemed to be out of stock.
It’s probably fine if you just need the basics, but I ended up having to order from another site to get everything on my list. Kind of a letdown since I was hoping to knock it all out in one place.

"My first impression after signing up for the..."
My first impression after signing up for the loyalty program was kind of underwhelming. I expected it to help me save a bit more, but the points seem to build up really slowly. When I asked about the rewards, the cashier didn’t seem too sure how to explain them either, which didn’t help. The prices are fine overall, but compared to other pet stores I shop at, the loyalty benefits just feel weak.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size harness and was expecting the exchange to be a hassle. But they helped me swap it out really quickly, and it ended up being super simple. Such a relief, no stress, no headache.

The store was really clean when I went in. The shelves looked clean and organized, and there wasn’t any mess around. Just a nice, clean place to shop.

"The food seems like good quality..."
The food seems like good quality, and my dog eats it right away without making a fuss, which is always a win. His coat looks good too, so I’m feeling happy about it overall. I did take off one star because one of the bags had a bit more crumbs than usual, but we’re still pleased with it.
